After my long engagement with Transpower, most recently on secondment to MBIE's NZ Battery Project, I resigned in 2023 and am now contracting to help the energy industry to electrify and decarbonise.

Approach
As I believe climate change prevention (well, deceleration, alas) to be the most important strategic issue, I give priority to work that has the aim or expected outcome of reducing greenhouse gas emissions. I am based around Wellington in New Zealand, and willing to travel as necessary, albeit that I take minimising my personal carbon footprint seriously.
